Refund and Exchange policy

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER 

EXCHANGE  

You can return your item(s) if they are damaged or defective - but also if it simply does not fit to your liking or you regret your purchase. We cannot offer to send you a new/different item, as the products are not in stock and are in limited quantities, so you will therefore receive a refund of the amount of the product and not a new product.  


RETURNS
 

You have 14 days after you have (received) your package to return it to us.   

Please send an email to return@jimbosuniverse.com, if you wish to make a return. Please include your order number and reason for returning.  

To return your order, you can click on the above link, fill in all the information, pack your order well and hand it in at your nearest DAO package shop. Then we will receive it as soon as possible, you can advantageously write the Dao labels code on the package, together with your order number, then you do not need a printer. The return is at your cost. 

Please contact us by writing an email to contact@jimbosuniverse.com, if you wish to use another shipping option than DAO. Then we will instruct you on how to proceed and where to send your package. 

You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our office. Therefore, we recommend sending the parcel with a tracking number.  

Please be aware that the return is at your cost. 

 

REFUNDS 

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. 

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then you can try to contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is published. (and unfortunately, it is not something we can control/accelerate)
