SHIPPING POLICY
We are pleased to offer the choice of tracked delivery or pick-up at our storage in Copenhagen. Both options are available during checkout.
Additional Information:
Delivery Timeframe: The majority of orders are shipped the next working day. However, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or Danish Bank Holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Our carrier, Dao, delivers 365 days a year, including weekends.
Delivery Solutions:
- Pick up at our storage in Copenhagen (Tagensvej 242, 2400 Copenhagen NV). Please contact us at contact@jimbosuniverse.com, so we can arrange a time for pick up.
- Delivered to your address (DaoHOME)
- Delivered to the nearest partner shop (DaoSHOP) - the nearest shop to your address will be selected.
- You will receive a track & trace number to monitor the progress of your shipment. We will notify you when the parcel is dispatched and ready for pick-up at a DaoSHOP, or when it is scheduled to be delivered to your address.
- Shipping prices depend on the weight of the package and the chosen delivery method (address or shop). Further details are available during the checkout process.

Delivery to the nearest partner shop: Denmark, Sweden, France, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.
Delayed or Damaged Packages:
If your package is delayed or appears to be in an unusual location when tracked, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@jimbosuniverse.com. In the event, the package or product arrives damaged, please take pictures. We will assist you in initiating a case with the carrier.

Free domestic shipping on orders over 650 DKK.
